What good is a website if you don’t know how to use it?.
Once your site is live we don’t just set you on your way. Especially if we just implemented a content managed website or an eCommerce site. We provide training, documentation and support.

Training. We start training you before the site goes live. This way,  you know how to use it. If your new site has the content managed system behind it, you’ll know how to add pages with text and pictures. Before you have new product releases, you’ll know exactly what to do.

If you have an eCommerce site, you are using it as your business process before it is live. Helping you manage the product and service updates, processing new orders, shipping, tracking the product delivery, managing customer service levels, managing inventory and internal processes.

Documentation. We provide plenty of customized documentation on how to enter new information, change out old information and administering accounts.

Support. We covered it in the training session. . . but two weeks later you’ve forgotten how to do something. Or you make a mistake and aren’t sure how to fix it. No problem! We offer support packages so you can call and get help when you need it. [/wrapper]
